Tai chi is a path, not a pose, so a table of words is hard to follow. This guide shows each of the eight seated movements across two or three drawings, with an arrow marking where the hands go, so you can see what "shift your weight and turn the waist" actually looks like.
It is honest about what seated tai chi can do: give you a gentle, repeatable twenty minutes from a chair. It will not build significant muscle, replace walking or stand in for physical therapy, and it says so.

Good to know
How is it different from the free chair tai chi chart?
The free chart describes the movements in words. This edition draws every movement frame by frame, a full page each, and adds a large-print section.
Will it print well at home?
Yes. It is designed to print clean in black and white, with no full-bleed color blocks, in US Letter and A4.
Can I print it more than once?
Yes. It is yours to keep and print as often as you like, for your own household or for one person in your care.
Is this medical treatment?
No. It is a movement guide. It will not build significant muscle, replace walking or substitute for physical therapy.
Can I get a refund?
Because it is an instant digital download, all sales are final. If a file will not open or download, email sk@elderlydaily.com and we will make it right.
