How this content is made
Guides that a physician has reviewed show the reviewer's name and the date of review at the top of the page. Product pages are desk research from manufacturer specifications, published testing and owner reports — we do not own or physically test the products, and we say so on every page. Products are checked against the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission recall database before they are listed, and a recalled product is removed rather than footnoted.
The site is paid for by affiliate links and display ads, and some tool and guide pages carry product recommendations. Using the tools and printables costs nothing and needs no account.
How to cite a page
If your organisation needs a reference format:
ElderlyDaily. (Year). Title of page. Retrieved [date] from https://elderlydaily.com/path
Each guide shows its published and last-updated dates, and the reviewing clinician where one has reviewed it.
Ask us for something
If your program needs a printable we do not have, or a version of a checklist in larger type, write and ask. We would rather build the thing you actually hand out than guess.
