When a parent ends up in the emergency room, the questions come fast: which medicines, which allergies, who is the cardiologist, where are the papers? This binder gives each answer a page, so whoever is with your parent can find it quickly instead of searching through phones, drawers and old emails.
Version 2 adds 20 pages for a second parent, a medical expenses log, a body map for implants and devices, a monthly appointments and refills calendar, and a sheet of color-coded medicine labels. Type into it on a computer, or print it and fill it in by hand.
